Fixed small bugs

Add relative time to searches
Pandoc is used to generate docx

-runs 2 monthly searches instead of 1 to generate output from scratch

library and bin/metrics altered to produce correct working path

Changed data file structure - preset data

Modified start_searches for the past month (30 days) rather than snap to last month
generate_reports.sh puts all output into data/year_month

alter generate_reports to output previous month's directory

-exits generate_reports.sh
more information during polling

start_searches added to process 3 searches at once
generate_reports now asks for a splunk user and password
