Fix bug in score_from_peptides_df

Add class1 ensemble models, with model selection using imputation

Switch default predictor to ensemble, fix download bug, add more imports to package-level __init__, update example ipython notebook

Ensemble models: return reference (using Kubeface remote_object support) to trained models instead of trained models themselves
