add tracking domain.

Jason Little requested to merge add-tracking into master

The folks at Accenture would like us to add a tracking parameter so they can differentiate usage on different sites. We agreed on a format that uses the site's domain name. This way, it's all automatic, at least on the inclusion side.

Our development team has added the tracking parameter that will follow the below format.  We will have it live in the production environment by tomorrow
