change subheader text to covid scope

Good morning Jason,

Based on feedback we received from the Steering Committee, we are looking to update the sub-header text of our desktop chat window, to clarify the nature of questions that the Buckeye Bot can answer. Would you be able to help us update the OSU CDN code with this change? I’ve included the sample code below, to update our sub-header to “I’m Buckeye. Let’s Navigate COVID-19 Together.”

Please let us know if there is any additional effort needed to align this update across the 15 sites where the Buckeye Bot is currently live.
