Merge Fscanf() and LCD.ClearBuffer() changes into master

Merge request to update the master branch with the current changes on develop, namely: -Addition of fscanf() and other related methods for opening, closing, reading, and writing to files -Addition of ClearBuffer() method to FEHLCD to allow students to clear any unwanted touches from the touch buffer
