Digital output pin

Olivia Maynard requested to merge digital-output-pin into main

Implemented behavior of the DigitalOutputPin, including the methods Write(), Toggle(), and Status() that were previously implemented on the FEH Proteus. This class and all functions are necessary for the Stoplight lab in ENGR 1281.
