Some collapsible regions do not announce their state

    When the collapsible region is open the SR will announce selected, but when the region is closed the SR says nothing.

    Notes: The region is made of a

    containing a Jeff should do research on what these elements tell the accessibility tree and see if they need to be fortified with some aria roles, etc.
