Form errors do not give context in Create News

    In Create News Story https://artsandsciences.osu.edu/node/add/news_story

    Leave Title blank and submit form. The SR gets focused on the title field and only reads ”Fill out this field” with no context. Is this adequate? Do users all know how to get this context?
