Collapsible regions sometimes reset the SR position

    Example: Content>Add Content>“Create News Story” Toggling the a collapsible section resets the SR focus to the top of the page's main content.

    Using the SR:

    1. Navigate to a header of a collapsible region.
    2. Open the region with VO-space
    3. Navigate to items in the region
    4. Navigate back to the region header and close it VO-space
    5. Attempt to navigate to the next part of the page.

    You will observe that you start navigating from the top of the page. Something about closing the region moves focus to the top of the page.
