Unusual focus behavior in Add User page

    Areas of expertise section: when row weights are shown and using VO to navigate: • Enter text in the text field, VO-rightarrow to move to the next item • Remove item is activated. We don’t want to remove the item so VO-rightarrow again. • VO cursor moves to the Order dropdown but focus ring seems stuck on the remove item “X”. At this point activating the “Order” dropdown will delete the entry.

    The whole Areas of expertise table seems to confuse the SR. It’s a table and does not seem to be easily navigable. Arrow navigation sometimes does not move from cell to cell, or the SR does move but does not read anything.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
