Need optional H2 section for accordions

    Need a field when adding an accordion to give H2 for a label for it. Probably should be optional. Like on the https://dev.ascintranet.osu.edu/faculty/guidelines page that Faculty accordion is H2'd by using a 1 col text paragraph section above with just the label.

    This is the least important issue in Libby's list (going by her ranking).
