Larger than normal space between header/content on Landing Page with no slideshow

    Compare difference here: https://dev.ascintranet.osu.edu/Faculty vs https://dev.ascintranet.osu.edu/tutorial. I can't see a particular reason, but it seems to have to do with the paragraphs text type, not the page header. (maybe the page's div for paragraphs too??)
