Paragraph Modules: Accordions and Tabs have too many 'Remove' buttons
The Accordions and Tabs Paragraph modules have an extra 'Remove' button that is not needed.
It is next to the 'Text' content type.

- patch worked... eventually... had to apply manually
also created a patches folder in the private folder and saved the .patch file there so that we have a running list of patches can reapply any patches after updates (Brian Canini - Mar 27, 2018)
