Add options to WYSIWYG toolbar

    We need to add more options to the WYSIWYG toolbar. I will attach screenshots from the ascintranet toolbar compared to the D7 standard site toolbar.
    Comments:

    • Full HTML now set to default & more options added (Brian Canini - Dec 14, 2017)
    • I see the options when I add a text field to a paragraph module but I don't see those options on the top body field. (Eva Dale - Dec 21, 2017)
    • Pages with body content saved before change will retain old toolbar - need to set manually to Full HTML version (Brian Canini - Dec 21, 2017)
    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
