Add .bg class to WYSIWYG section on ASC site

    We need an additional class added to the WYSIWYG section so that we can choose to have a background color behind the text and a different background color for the overall background. https://artsandsciences.osu.edu/ascday

    • found in docroot > sites > all > themes > osu_asc > templates > partials (Brian Canini - Feb 2, 2017)
    • updated sections sass file with css updates and recreated osu.css compressed compiled sass file (Brian Canini - Feb 2, 2017)
