Add courses to dev.stat.osu.edu site

    We need to pull in courses to the dev.stat.osu.edu site. You will probably need to set a meeting with Dustin to learn how to do this. The page you are going to create will look something like this. http://math.osu.edu/courses

    I can give you the 101 on what will need to happen before you meet with Dustin.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
