Add Full width slider to bprc staging site

    I would like this option to be on all Drupal sites.
    Comments:

    • We have the full width rotor in place on the BPRC homepage. We also put in a few CSS fixes that will enable the stacking of multiple blocks in one region (3 blocks in one for example) and allow for the padding to be between the rows. There are more CSS changes that need to happen to account for all of the different possibilities that can come up based on the layout you have attached in the layout ticket.     To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
