Full Width Image on Front page: z-index issue

    lsn-s.asc.ohio-state.edu has a full width image. The custom blocks just below the full width image look to be sitting in a lower layer. The links in the custom blocks are not clickable.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
