If you try to submit a job on a Glenn login node to Oakley or Ruby using the provided Ruby libraries from the rails console or using qsub directly, you will experience this issue:

Torque on Oakley and Ruby has been updated. Torque on Glenn login nodes have not (whereas the webservice nodes have).

Login to an Oakley login node to test there. The same versions of each gem should be installed on Oakley as well as Glenn. **Soon we will switch our recommendation for developers to just login to Oakley login nodes to do development.**
