WYSIWYG link tool

This is a fairly important issue to address as quickly as possible. When a user attempts to add a link by highlighting the text in the WYSIWYG editor and then clicks the "link" tool, they get a message that it is loading... - but that's all it does. It never loads. It's requiring the user to go in and add the link directly in the source code.
