ESP32 Passthrough Programming

Make it possible to program the ESP32 through the arduino. @clark.4109 has tried this and not had much luck, although it should technically be possible.

Will be through UART and require that controller is on for programming to work.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
