Drupal 8 emulsify/patternlab based theme containing patterns for our "conference" site platform. This was forked from standard_patterns.

This is a refactored theme for WCM sites. It will not require Compass, or Ruby. It will require Node.js and Gulp. It may be used as a base theme for other ODEE/OCIO sites.
