Start / End date fields are not labelled properly

    Create event page has a section where h4s mark Start Date and End Date. These are not form labels. The accessible text for the labels just reads "Date" for both start and end dates.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
