Navigation: remove extra space at bottom of navigation bar
Decrease height of the navigation bar to 40 px instead of 51px.

- this is being caused by the search box that's hidden under the navbar (it's actually in the block above the menu, not sure why it's affecting the navbar)
I've moved the search box to the correct block and am working on a way to integrate it into the main menu (Brian Canini - Jul 12, 2018)
