Create custom permission for DBLog Pages
Access to the Database Log pages is restricted by a permission called view site reports. We need to give this permission to CE/CM users but we don't want them to be able to access this page. We need to make a custom module that creates a unique permission and requires that users have it before allowing them to access the DBLog page.
