Replace EasyCron functionality with Icinga calls
Per a discussion with Dave Alden, it sounds like we could take advantage of the fact that we use Icinga for site status reporting as a way to call Cron on our sites as well. This would probably eliminate the need for using EasyCron entirely, saving us a few bucks a year and reducing the amount of things we rely on.
Considered a low priority right now as we won't likely implement this before we need to renew EasyCron for 2024/2025.
