    Make style updates to ASCENT template on ASC site
    Comments:

      • Added subhead field to template per Karin's request (Brian Canini - Apr 4, 2017)
      • Added additional css styles for latest issue index page and sidebar
    • tested in dev
    • deployed css file to prod
    • recreated article section and subhead fields on prod ascent article content type (Brian Canini - Apr 10, 2017)
