Spotlights: We do not want children of taxonomy terms to show on index page.

We have added some children to taxonomy terms. https://artsandsciences.osu.edu/admin/structure/taxonomy/spotlight_category
We just want to use them to link to filtered pages. We do not want them to show as a filtering option on the index page.
