Fix links to ascweb-cwt site

    There are links that are going to the old ascweb-cwt site. http://artsandsciences.osu.edu/academics/current-students/scholarships-grants/travel/apply

    There is a link to a pdf that has the old address in it. http://artsandsciences.osu.edu/sites/ascweb-cwt.asc.ohio-state.edu/files/study-abroad-budget.docx

    • there are 520 database tables that will need checked for references to ascweb-cwt.asc.ohio-state.edu and artsandsciences-s.asc.ohio-state.edu on the production server. (Dustin Perzanowski - Aug 20, 2015)
    • I've gone through all the tables and made the changes where needed. There were 9 fields that had links and references to the ascweb-cwt in them. If you find more, let me know. (Dustin Perzanowski - Aug 21, 2015)
