CWT fix not showing: academic area to be the default view

    For the following areas 'Academic Areas' needs to be the default view instead of 'Alphabetical List'. -Majors -Minors -Graduate Program

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
